Borrego Springs
The annual flowers should be in bloom on our trip to Borrego Springs. For those with a need for adventure plan on arriving in Borrego Springs via Warner Valley. That route will offer some unforgettable views. The town is small but large is its offerings. The many metal sculptures that dot the valley are a delight to see. Some are hidden so keep a sharp eye out for them. The State Park has many examples of the Spring flowers planted around the Visitor Center. A hike to one of the Palm Oasis or the Elephant trees is multiple miles, be sure to carry water with you and in your car.
The RV Resort has a pool and Golf Course. Both will probably see a Roadrunner or two during our visit.

You don't even need to bring your RV, you can just come for the day and stay as long as you like. There will be boat rides, games, meals and of course friends to visit with. The first dinner of the trip on May 20th will be free to all Members if you sign up in advance. If you don't sign up there will be a charge for the meal, so be sure to sign up for the meal. The next dinner will be a traditional Bring your own Meat Meal. Side Dishes will be provided, again, you need to sign up so we can prepare the meal.

September 14 - 30 , 2025
GO-GO
The Go-Go trip is scheduled for two weeks. Starting at 10 am Monday September 15 at the Riverside Casino RV park and ending on September 30 when we check into the Oasis RV park in Mesquite. The theme will be Native Americans of the Southwest and National Parks, we will visit Bring your camera, almost daily you will be treated to many unforgetable sights. Plan on staying at the Riverside RV part in Laughlin, NV on September 14th. On September 14th in the afternoon Steve and Ellen will escort those interested to a site near Laughlin that contains thousands of petroglyphs. The area is 1/4 mile from the parking lot and it has level ground. This is an amazing location as it contains thousands of petroglyphs to view, you will want to go there with us.
After traveling to Flagstaff the travel days will be limited to around 80 miles or less. There will be a designated driver on each travel day who will be assigned to sweep the route in case anyone has a problem. We will have three nights at each stop, you can decide at each location how active you want to be. An itinorary will be available for each travel day and multiple activies for the locations we will visit. You will have a time window on travel days, that will rotate, when you can leave, we do not want to have too many rigs traveling together. The trip is a large circle without any roads bisecting it, therefore, plan on traveling the entire trip. You will make your own reservations at the sites we have arranged. A welcome dinner will be provided in Laughlin on September 14th. We will leave the Riverside RV site on September 15 starting at 10 am with a staggered start. The first day is mostly Freeway driving to Flagstaff and it will be our longest travel day.
Steve and Ellen will be the Wagon Masters. They will have the Route planned and the stops confirmed for your stays. Social hour and meals may vary at some locations dependent upon the planned actives for that day. Some locations will require you to walk to the sites. You can decide which sites you will see via hiking. The routes we will be traveling all have many places you may want to visit, many sites have limited parking for RVs hence the staggered start each day. For those who want to travel together let us know so we can arrange it in the staggered starts.
